Located at meadows of Rappahannock County, Virginia, sure would be difficult to leave come Sunday night. Designed by McInturff Architects, this home’s contemporary profile takes a country-casual cue from surrounding structures in its form, color, layout and materials like galvanized roofs and concrete block fireplaces. Three ochre-colored pavilions make up the main living areas, which are connected by “barn-red” sections and green wings reminiscent of an upscale shed, if you can imagine that. The visually interesting exterior features accents of siding and wooden beams which offer a rustic feel to the home. Inside the spaces are bright, casual and functional. A large family room, kitchen and screened porch are found on the main floor, while bedrooms compose the second floor and a secluded study tops the home
